Tips on tone and timing
- Always use the child’s name and the exact amount.
- Say “if already paid, please ignore”.
- Send during the day, not late at night.
- Offer a way to speak to someone.
- Never threaten, and never shame the child.
Make it automatic
Fill-in templates still need someone to send them. We can send them for you and call the parents who need a human voice. TITUS SYSTEMS, a Bengaluru company, helps schools across India with exactly this. Call or WhatsApp +91 91108 92418 (9:00 am to 8:00 pm IST), visit titussystems.co, or send us a message. You can also book a demo and try it free for 30 days in your own school.
