TITUS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is a Human + AI operations partner based in Bengaluru. We take over the operational, administrative and technology work of schools, colleges, universities and businesses using software, a dedicated team and AI automation.
What does Human + AI operations partner mean?
It means real people and AI do the work together. AI handles repetitive, high-volume tasks such as calls and notifications, while a dedicated human team handles data entry, follow-up, reporting and anything needing judgement. You get one point of contact.
Who do you serve?
Private schools are our flagship. We also serve colleges and universities, corporates and growing businesses, and international clients in the USA, Canada and the UK. We do not serve government schools.

What is the difference between a school management service and school management software?
Software is a tool your staff operate. A service adds a dedicated team and AI that perform the work, including calls, data entry, paper typing and reports, so you get results with one point of contact rather than another system to manage.
How does exam management work?
A teacher photographs the question paper in the Titus Campus app and uploads it. Our team and AI return an error-free paper in the correct format with your school logo, as a ready-to-print PDF or document.
Do teachers need a laptop or technical skills?
No. Teachers use a simple phone app to photograph papers and enter marks. Formatting, report generation and printing are handled by our team and platform.
What is AI calling?
AI calling uses automated voice calls to contact parents or customers for absentee alerts, fee reminders, announcements and results. It is backed by a human team that handles sensitive or complex conversations.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Most clients start with the area causing the most pain, such as fee follow-up or examinations, and add more later.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free 30-day trial of our school operations model so you can see the work being done in your school. Get in touch to arrange it.
What is the Titus Campus app?
Titus Campus is our mobile app for students and teachers, with an LMS. Teachers use it to upload question papers and enter marks, and it connects to the rest of the TITUS platform.
Do you offer RFID attendance?
Yes. We provide RFID cards, hardware, a server and service, with automatic calls to parents when students are absent. Biometric options are also available.
Do you offer GPS bus tracking?
Yes. Live bus tracking lets parents and the school see where buses are, supporting predictable and safer transport.
Do you build websites and apps?
Yes. We design and build websites, Android and iOS apps, custom software and ERP systems for any client, large or small.
Do you provide SEO services?
Yes. We offer technical, content and local SEO with a clear method and honest reporting. We do not guarantee rankings or use link schemes.
Do you manage social media?
Yes, for schools and for any business, with planning, daily posting, creative design and reputation building, scoped to your budget.
Can overseas companies work with you?
Yes. We welcome clients in the USA, Canada, the UK and worldwide, delivering services from Bengaluru with scheduled overlap hours, WhatsApp, email and calendar calls.
What time zones can you cover?
India Standard Time is UTC+5:30. UK teams overlap with our afternoon, US East Coast teams with our evening. Other zones are scheduled by arrangement.
How do you protect our data?
We limit access to those who need it and agree handling terms in writing. Our practices are described on our data security page, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Do you comply with India’s DPDP Act?
