Our commitment is to deliver what we agreed, on time. Where that does not happen, we want to put it right.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service according to the notice period in your agreement. Please give notice in writing by email or through our contact details.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, timelines and conditions depend on the service and are stated in your agreement. Where a refund is due, we process it to the original payment method within the period stated in your agreement.
Setup fees and completed work
Fees for hardware, setup and work already delivered are treated as set out in your agreement.
Free trial
The free 30-day trial carries no charge. Terms of any conversion to a paid service are explained before you decide.
